Training is a fundamental part of our work and learning. All staff will have the mandatory training including Safeguarding (child protection) and First Aid but take every opportunity to avail of additional training to develop our skills and knowledge including, Autism Impact, Managing Challenging Behaviours, Emotional Intelligence in Toddlers and ACE Awareness to name a few.
Our staff team understand how important the early years are and will strive for excellence in all they do for your child. Each member of the team is trained in the approach that “Respectful Care is Only Fair” and implements this attitude in every aspect of your child’s day with us.
